A block of rooms for Friday, September 15 through Sunday, September 17 has been reserved with a discounted rate at the Desmond Hotel Malvern. Please reserve your room no later than August 16th, 2023.

Online booking instructions:

• At the top of the website you will see the Room Reservations section
• Enter dates of stay (9/15-9/17) and number of rooms needed
• Click on "Special Rates" and enter VEN in the Group Code box
• Click on "Check Rooms and Rates." The group rate will populate and appear as an option

Please note, if you need to book additional nights you must make your entire reservation via phone or email. If you try to book additional nights on the online booking platform you will receive a notice that there is no availability.

Shuttle service:

Shuttles to and from Willowbrook Farm on September 16th will be provided to any guest staying at the Desmond Hotel Malvern only. A shuttle itinerary will be added closer to our wedding date here and also provided at check-in.

Travel recommendations:

• If you traveling to our wedding by plane, Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is the closest airport
• Ubers, Lyfts and local taxi services are readily available around the PHL airport and around Willowbrook Farm. The airport is located a 35-45 minute drive from Willowbrook Farm.
• Septa Regional Rail trains regularly run from PHL airport to Paoli Station (a 5 minute drive from Willowbrook Farm and a 10 minute drive to the Desmond Hotel Malvern). Take the Airport Line to Suburban Station, transfer to the Paoli/Thorndale line and exit at Paoli Station. Click "Visit Website" below to view train schedules and plan your trip, or use Google Maps.
